Biography
Daniel has more than thirteen years of experience working on residential, commercial, manufacturing, engineering, and healthcare projects and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager, Architecture at HLZAE. He handles all phases of project execution, from schematic design through construction administration and project completion, fenestration design and replacement, façade repair, and capital improvements projects. Daniel specializes in the design and management of window projects.
Daniel oversaw the replacement window installation at 145 East 84th Street, a project that involved the removal of all existing double-hung fixed windows and terrace doors, and replacement with new out-swing casement fixed windows and terrace doors. He also supervised the new window punch-listing work at the Clinton Hill Co-Op Apartments, a Landmarked twelve-building complex spread across two
campuses in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Daniel also consulted on the window replacement for 399 Lafayette Street, an eight story brick building listed in the National Register of Historic Places and featuring original wood windows.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology.
