With more than 24 years of experience, Jeremy serves as a Senior Project Manager at HLZAE and is responsible for drawing review, project documentation research, sequencing, client communications, budget and schedule management, document delivery, and consultant coordination for a range of different types of projects. Jeremy’s experience includes the renovation of the 35,000 SF green roof at Windsor Court, a residential complex in Murray Hill. The project involved the removal of four feet of existing soil throughout the roof, as well as the replacement of the existing roofing membrane with a new system. The scope also included the installation of a new paver system, planting pits, landscaping medium, and lighting. Jeremy completed an air rights analysis for Rockefeller Apartments, for which he identified eligible mechanical deductions and under-built floor area assets that were then sold to a neighboring property. For 255 West 90th Street, Jeremy led a façade repair and roof replacement project, including the addition of a paver system at the penthouse and a new roof deck. At 161 William Street, Jeremy and his team executed a façade removal and erected a new curtain wall for the Pace University storefront.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
