Jose develops, implements, and optimizes HLZAE systems, processes, resources, and department personnel in support of the Architecture team. He approaches his role in Operations with a focus on maximizing efficiencies while anticipating future growth.

Jose brings a nearly 20-year background in people and operations management to the HLZAE team. His previous experience includes working in Finance and Healthcare before transitioning to architecture and restoration.
