Biography
Stephanie is responsible for managing daily business operations and sustaining efficiency at HLZAE. Through research and analysis Stephanie develops and implements key systems and processes focused on improving quality and integrating technology. She apportions resources and personnel to accomplish company objectives and accommodate anticipated growth.
Stephanie has significant experience with façade restoration, interior alterations, forensic investigations, specifications, and site safety. Projects Stephanie has worked on include; a complete façade restoration of 40 Fifth Avenue, a residential property in a landmark district; façade restoration and roof replacements for 689 Fort Washington Avenue, a residential Building, converted from a hospital and convent, in Fort Tryon; and the concrete façade rehabilitation of Gateway Plaza, a six-building complex in Battery Park City.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design of the Environment with a Minor in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Digital Media from New York University. Stephanie is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and and Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI). She is also a part of the Katonah Historic District Advisory Committee and Blue Mountain Development Corporation.
